Kepro is happy to announce the launch of a new enhancement for the ANG Provider Portal. This enhancement is the “create case wizard.” With the wizard, providers can create a case, link parties, and attach documents to the case from the homepage.
Please join us, if able, for an instructor led training on one of the below dates/times.
Please note that providers must register for their preferred session date/time using the links below. The meeting invite can then be forwarded to the provider's internal staff that needs to attend.

Kepro is honored to have been selected as North Dakota’s Department of Human Service new Service Authorization vendor! Beginning January 1, 2021, requests for service authorization of certain CPT and ICD 10 Procedure codes must be submitted to Kepro through Kepro’s Atrezzo online portal for review of medical necessity. A comprehensive list of codes that require authorization by Kepro can be found by clicking here and selecting “Codes Requiring Service Authorizations.”
In order to use Kepro’s Atrezzo provider portal, each facility, doctor’s office, and clinic should appoint one person to be the administrator, or owner, of the provider portal account. The account administrator is typically a supervisor as this user role holds the highest system permissions. Facilities, clinics, and doctor’s offices only need to register one time and the Atrezzo administrator for the facility will have the ability to create additional Atrezzo Provider Portal staff user accounts.
To register as the account administrator of your facility, clinic, or doctor’s office, please click here to send us an email. Complete all of the requested information within the email before sending. You will be contacted via secure email and provided with a registration code to access Kepro’s Atrezzo Provider Portal at https://portal.kepro.com.
Kepro’s hours of operation for 2022 are Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm CST, excluding all holidays observed by the state of North Dakota, which include:
